Kunststoffen

Ook kunststoffen (ook wel plastic genoemd) vallen onder de specialiteit van U.C.I.C. wij gebruiken diverse soorten kunststof in verschillende productiemethoden.  Zo kunnen wij op onze eigen productielocatie in Guangzhou diverse materialen (bijvoorbeeld PP, PA, ABS, HDPE, PET en PVC) spuitgieten. Ook beschikken wij over een enorm netwerk van fabrikanten die kunststoffen op diverse manieren kunnen bewerken (spuitgieten, blazen, extruderen en vacuümvormen). Deze grondstoffen zijn ook te verharden met glasvezel.

Ook acrylaat (ook wel plexiglas/PMMA genoemd) valt onder de kunststoffen, en is zeer goed bewerkbaar. Wij beschikken over diverse Chinese productielocaties die gespecialiseerd zijn in het maken van acrylaat-producten. In Zuidlaren hebben we zelf een lasersnijder en diverse buigapparatuur om zelf te prototypen.

Ecologisch plastic
Naast de standaard kunststoffen, kunnen wij ook producten fabriceren
van Eco-PP. Dit fantastische ecologisch verantwoord materiaal bestaat voor 50% uit natuurlijk kokos. Omdat het Eco-PP de zelfde eigenschappen heeft als standaard PP, is het een perfect materiaal ter vervanging van de standaard. Wij kunnen Eco-PP zowel als grondstof als eindproduct leveren.
